I believe financial clarity is part of good care. Below you'll find our current rates, accepted insurance plans, and payment options so you can plan with confidence.
Session Rates
All sessions are 50 minutes.
- Fully Licensed Providers$200 per 50-minute session
- Associate Providers$155 per 50-minute session
Sliding scale fees are available to those who qualify. Please reach out to discuss your options.
Testing Rates
- ADHD Assessment$2,000
- Autism Assessment$2,500
- ADHD & ASD Combined Assessment$3,000
- Administrative Fee$40 per test
Insurance is not billed for psychological assessments. Payment is due at the time of service.
Insurance
I currently accept the above plans. Please note that I am not in network with every plan, even if it is listed, so all insurance will be verified before your first session.
I highly encourage anyone using insurance to verify their benefits directly to confirm coverage and that we are in network. I will bill your insurance for your in-network benefits if requested; however, you will be responsible for all fees not covered by your insurance. A credit card on file is required for any remaining balance and no-show fees.
Payment
I accept all major credit cards. I also accept payments through CareCredit and Klarna.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please cancel at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be charged the full session rate.
