Couples Counseling

Every relationship has a story.

Maybe you and your partner started out deeply in love, finishing each other's sentences, laughing at the same things, feeling truly seen. But somewhere along the way, the distance crept in. The small disagreements became bigger ones. The silences grew longer. What once felt effortless now feels like work.

Or maybe things are good, and you want them to be great. You want more closeness, more spark, more of what brought you together in the first place.

Wherever you are in your relationship, couples therapy is not about assigning blame or rehashing every argument. It is about building something better together.

How I work

Me and my team draw from several evidence-based approaches and tailor treatment to the unique needs of each couple.

Gottman Method

The Gottman Method is one of the most research-backed approaches to couples therapy. It focuses on building friendship, managing conflict constructively, and creating shared meaning, giving couples practical tools they can use long after therapy ends.

Cognitive behavioral therapy for couples

CBT for couples helps partners identify and shift the thought patterns and behaviors that fuel conflict and disconnection. We work together to replace unhelpful cycles with more effective ways of relating, communicating, and supporting each other.

Neurodivergent and neuro-combined couples

When one or both partners are neurodivergent, whether ADHD, autistic, or otherwise, relationships can face unique challenges around communication styles, sensory needs, emotional regulation, and unspoken expectations. We have specific experience supporting neurodivergent and neuro-combined couples in building understanding and connection that works for both partners.
