Neurodivergent Therapy

A space where different minds are understood, not fixed.

If you or someone you love thinks, feels, or experiences the world differently, whether through ADHD, autism, sensory sensitivities, or other neurodivergent traits, you may have spent years feeling misunderstood, overwhelmed, or like you simply do not fit. We offer a place where that changes.

What I help with

My team of therapists work with neurodivergent individuals across the lifespan, supporting a wide range of experiences including:

  • ADHD and attention difficulties
  • Autism spectrum experiences
  • Sensory processing differences
  • Executive function challenges
  • Emotional dysregulation
  • Anxiety and depression related to neurodivergence
  • Social and relationship difficulties
  • Low self-esteem and identity concerns
  • Burnout from masking or overcompensating

My approach

I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. The therapists on my team take time to understand how you experience the world and tailor therapy to fit your needs, communication style, and goals. Sessions may draw on cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, somatic approaches, or strengths-based methods, always guided by what works best for you.

We believe neurodivergence is not a deficit. Our goal is not to make you fit a neurotypical mold, but to help you understand yourself more deeply, reduce distress, and build a life that feels authentic and sustainable.

Who we work with

Children & Adolescents

We help younger clients build self-understanding, emotional regulation skills, and confidence in who they are. We also work closely with parents and caregivers to support the whole family.

Adults

Many adults receive a neurodivergent diagnosis later in life and are working to make sense of their experiences. We offer a space to process, reframe, and build strategies that work for your unique brain.

Couples & Families

Neurodivergence affects relationships. We help couples and families improve communication, reduce conflict, and build deeper understanding of one another.

Women & Girls

Neurodivergent women and girls are frequently misdiagnosed or overlooked entirely. We offer a space to explore how ADHD, autism, or related experiences show up in your life, and to finally feel seen and understood.

LGBTQ+ Individuals

Neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ identities often intersect in meaningful ways. We provide affirming, knowledgeable care that honors the full complexity of who you are, without having to explain or justify yourself.

Chronic Illness

Neurodivergence and chronic illness frequently co-occur, and managing both can be exhausting. We help clients navigate the emotional weight of ongoing health challenges alongside their neurodivergent experience.
